| “茶”字来龙去脉 |

古时候称“茶”为一“茶”，何时少了一笔的呢？那是在唐代开元年间，编了一部《开元文字音义》，由唐玄宗作序，书中改“茶”为“茶”。皇帝作序的书谁还敢不遵照执行？经过一段混用时期，“茶”便完全取代了“茶”字。陆羽撰写《茶经》时，一律写作“茶”。
以后这个“茶”字飘洋过海，各国依买中国茶的先后创立“茶”字。据考，日本在 1191年，意大利 1559 年，葡萄牙1590年，俄国1507年，伊朗1597年，荷兰1598年，瑞典1623年，德国1633年，法国 1648 年。
