| 安溪县出台政策扶持规模茶企 |

日前，安溪县出台《关于扶持规模以上茶叶企业发展的暂行规定》，对规模茶企给予扶持，其条件是：在安溪境内依法设立、经营，手续完整，2007年的纳税额达50万元以上的茶叶企业；或者在安溪境外设立和经营，2008年把企业总部设在安溪，并在安溪纳税超过30万元的茶叶企业。
根据规定，县财政将按照企业纳税增长基数县级收入部分的30%，作为专项资金予以扶持，扶持资金主要用于企业基地建设、营销网络建设、开拓市场、宣传推介、提升品牌和专项研发等。 |
